Photo resize program

I got a new laptop and need the program to resize photos and can't remember the name of the program from Microsoft. Help!!

I have Picasa but it doesn't resize. Unless I have'nt figured it out yet. The other one on my last computer was from Microsft site called powertoy or something like that. I need to do this stuff without liquid intelligence so my memory works

It's the picture resizer power tool (if you're talking about just right-clicking on the picture in a folder and clicking "resize picture").

go to microsoft.com, search for "power tools" and it'll be in the list.

I use photoshop.

You can record anything you do.

You can use it to automate a batch.

I just click on GO and it does EVERYTHING including putting the compressed pics into a designated folder separate from the uncompressed.

Picasa, Select the picture, and tell it to export the picture, select the resize you want.
