anyone no of a place that will turn crank for a new phazer or i am i out of luck and have to by a new one

Can you get over size bearings if so then you could have any good engine machine shop grind it.

If you have to buy new these guys probably have the cheapest price. There prices will be going up at the end of the year.

Just out of curiosity, what happened to your motor?
Was it stock or boosted?
The stock 4 stroke Phazer motors seem pretty bulletproof.

i feel like a dump a!! but i didnt get the oil plug on the tank tight and it fall out i thought the safety shut off saved it but when i get oil back in it and ran it lasted like 20 miles and it started to knock bad its on boost i am sure the boost just speed the process up on the week parts

I grind cranks, need to know how wide the journals are for stones? I have a stone 3/4 inch wide. Then specs, grind it to what size? PM me with any other questions. I will mag the crank and check it for hardness then grind. Price, don't know. need info first.
