Does any one know the torq specs for the doms and outer shell for a peak head on a M-Max 700?

I have the pattern out of the manual on how to tighen them in order.

I think it is just the stock head torque, but can not seem to remember what that is......for some reason I am thinking 21 lbs

I have a manual for stock specs. Thanks though.

I have not pulled the head off yet. But does the dome come off with the outer shell or are they bolted down seperate?

I worked on a RMK 700 with a cool head and the domes bolted down, then the outer shell bolted on top with a lighter torq.

Domes are not bolted seperate. Once you take of the nuts off the studs on the top of the head, everything will come off.

The domes are set in the "shell" with O-ring. Once nuts are off, you can push on the spark plug threads to remove the domes.

I always torqued mine to stock (21 ft/lbs sounds right) and never had a problem.

Peak head on the viper you do the sequence/pattern at 10lbs and then come back and do it again at 21lbs. IIRC. Probably work just fine with the MM too.
