Peaceful free speech violated yet again - USC Police State

I wouldn't have believed it had I not watched it because a lot of this crap seems to be unbelievable, but...

John Ziegler gets handcuffed by USC campus police for being outside of an event and peacefully asking questions. He was told he was under arrest and was going to be booked in LA jail. They went to the extent of discussing with him what to do with his car. They also threatened to arrest the two guys with the cameras.

The guy near Flint Michigan who said he had Michigan State Trooper Brennan stop him and pat him down at a Beacon and Bridge gas station on I 75 and tell him he had to remove his anti-Obama bumper stickers or go to jail...He said he's meeting with FBI today and his 5 year old is being interviewed by them because the UAW came to his house and was threatening him with the little girl present. The officer has not been taken off duty. The gas station owner has offered him the video tape of the event. I can't wait for the national news to get ahold of this one. He said it was already reported in the local paper and by the local CBS affiliate and he's working with his attorney on getting us verification so we can spread what really happened and not rumors.

.....edit..... I just watched all of the videos above. Its pretty amazing that they could just arrest him for such a simple act, violating no rules. I will make sure everybody i knows gets to see these videos. Its time to wake up and realize that things are being done that are way out of touch with how this country should be run.

I've witnessed campus police get ruff and threaten people, with no regard. Campus cops are crazy. The real cops hate them, call them squirrels and siren chasers.

If that Obama sticker crap turns out to be true, everyone connected to it should be prosecuted. Violation of constitutional rights, and probably civil rights. And, someone needs to pay the UAW guys a visit. Why would members of the UAW tolerate such threatening behavior from their union. They should all be ashamed for supporting such anti-American behavior. I'm sure they feel threatened, and want to protect their jobs, wait, what job.

I was a field superintendent on the interstate highway construction in NY state back in the seventies. Union threats and all were a very common thing. I had all kinds of threats. My general supt's truck was even dynamited. That gets the FBI's attention! This was more or less commonplace but this is the first time I have seen The state police or highway patrol get involved in something like this . I've had a lot of friends in the patrol and always thought their loyalties were with the people but I guess times are a changing. I am sure they get threatened with their job and that is important in these times. It is time to keep a close watch. I will bet a lot of people think having a black president gives them an extra excuse for something like this.
