I'm trying to locate the thread about how to calibrate the tps with a 12 volt battery without the sled running. I've searched but can't seem to find it anywhere... Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction? Just need to know where to connect the 12v power :noidea:

Click below for how to make a tester and check your TPS. I made my own tester but had a problem finding a VR that is 5.00 volts. I bought 3 and the closes was 5.02 volts. So I just adjust all reading .02 for the error. Helped fix my idle.

Different issue.

JOLS is looking to synch his PC-5 to the sled so that when he's at full throttle the PC-5 reads 100% and when it's at idle the PC-5 reads 0%

The plug-in is near the hood hinge area, it's a 2-prong plug, the BROWN is the ground. The HOT wire lead color varies per model

MountainHorse has a thread under the 900 section in the electrical section that has a pic

Hope this helps

Per SLP's instructions for PCV on 08-2010 800 cfi models.

Polaris ECU Power-Up Connector.

The access point for the ECU power-up connector is located in the front, left side of nose pan. The ECU power-up connector is a three wire white plastic connector. It will contain an orange wire on one side, a black/yellow wire in the center and a black/blue wire on the other side. THE CONNECTOR MUST HAVE THESE COLOR CODES.

Connect the 12 volt battery positive jumper to the orange connector wire and the negative jumper wire to the black/blue wire. This will power up your ECU so the TPS values can be read on the Power Commander software.

! USE EXTREME CAUTION NOT TO SHORT THE JUMPER WIRES TO THEMSELVES OR TO THE CHASSIS !
