PCV mounting, pictures of a really nice installation?

Anyone has pictures of a nice and clean installation of the PCV? Found it kind of full underneath the plastic shield where the ECU and stuff sits so I mounted it next to airbox but I think there should be a better & more protected place for it?

backman, The install is so simple and basic, just follow the directions and remove the black plastic spare belt cover, there are two phillips screws in the left side of the cover, then you slide the cover to release the inner slot tabs, then unplug the inside main connector coming out of the ECU, you just piggy back the the PCV into the ECU where you unplugged the orignal factory plug, then you plug that into the other connector for the PCV and route wthe wires and install the velcro to the side of the air box where the control box attach's, then tuck the wires around the ECU and reinstall the cover. This takes 5 minutes to install when you take your time. If you have 3 friends help you with a case of beer you can have it done in about 1/2 hour.

The airbox is a good spot for it so that you can easily access it to plug in and update maps, get live data from the sled or plug in accessories like the switch.

During install, just be careful not to break the plastic clip on the ECM plug. I partially broke one, but it fits snug enough it doesn't matter.

Dynotech PCV Thumbs Up

ENDO1, The map choices and options from Jim at Dynotech with dyno results wins hands down. With the purchase of a PCV from Jim you get no charge access to jims site at no additional charge for dyno results, downloadable maps, testing information and so on.

IMO buying from Jim at Dynotech is the best choice! If you buy a PCV some where else you can still get access to the dynotech site for $25-35 per year. I have called Jim at leaset 6 times in the last month and everytime he has answered the phone and given me his valuable time at no extra charge for just being his customer. Thanks Jim.

Same here. Great guy.

I opened this up and hoped to see something with an option other than on the air box. I just get a little queasy watching that thing vibrate like it does on the air box. I even put a little foam between the PC and belt guard cover, but it works on a Harley..

edit: wait, why am I worried? It's not an oem part, it'll be fine.

I moved mine off the airbox right after my LCD cable fell out twice from vibration. I mounted everything on top of the electronics cover with an elastic/velcro hockey shin guard strap. 4 of these straps are less than a pack of industrial strength velcro.
