pcv install problem

I just tried installing my pcv on my 09 800 and when I went in to calibrate the tps my throttle % at no throttle showed 1% at idle and at wide open in only showed 83% how do I correct this?

the safest way is to power up the ecu with a 12v battery, look at the stickies it tells you how in there. then hook your computer up with the pcv software running then click on power commander tools then calibrate then tp then do wot and click accept. otherwise you have the sled running on a stand do the same procedure with a brief/safe wot.

I hit the reset and did the wide open throttle thing but in the throttle % line it still shows 1% at idle and 83% at full throttle, we did my buddies and his said 0% at idle and 100% at full throttle

Where/ how do you hook up the 12v to the ecu?

When you start up the software, you should see version 1.0.3.3. If not, go here and download it:
http://www.powercommander.com/powercommander/Downloads/powercommander_downloads.aspx?ProdType=PCV

Uninstall the current PC V software and install the new software.

Check the firmware version of the PC V. It should be V0.1.4.0. If not, update the PC V firmware. The instructions are in the same link from above.

Return to the TPS setup and reset it again. After it records a value for WOT, hit OK. It should be working properly now.

I would also set the TPS to show volts instead of %. You should see .93x typically at idle and 4.1x-4.2x at WOT.

I did it with the sled running on the car hoist, I have all the right downloads and I do have it on the voltage screen but on the right hand side you can see the throttle percentage on the main screen, my buddies was 0 at idle and 100 at wide open
