PCV, AFR Tables for Autotune

Hi everyone, so picked up a PC-V with the autotune and now it's time to design the AFR Table for the autotune. When reviewing the power commander website most of the maps (I've reviewed approx 100) for MC etc have been designed on basically a 13.2-1 AFR table....seems a little fat. Most NA guys won't be running AFR gauges but you turbo boyz will be so what are you guyz running on your AFR gauges? Does anyone have a source for AFR Tables? As you know the better the table the better the map and the more power one makes so the table is important. Now given that clutching doesn't pull the load on till around 4,000 RPM, are people seeing higher AFRs below 4,000 and lower ones after? Turbo boyz what EGTs are you seeing with AFRs (ei 1,200* with 13.9 AFR)? Cheers T

This should be close. Sorry for the quality of the picture. I had to "screen capture" and convert it.

Has powercommander figured out how to have their A/F sensors last a long time in a 2 stroke application? I recently purchased a koso A/F guage and have not installed it yet. I have heard you should only use it for tuning purposes and then take out the sensor because they don't last long with oil in the gas and the sensors cost about $100. This obviously would not work for the autotune application. What are your plans to deal with this?

AaronBND...all I can say is WOW that is one hell of a table. I have to assume you are running this, have you had the opportunity to compare EGTs to the table?

The autotune doesn't stay attached forever, one just uses it as a tuning tool, accepts the trims and the PC-V is now mapped.....remove the autotune until the next round of MODS.

That AFR map was sent to me a few months ago by a member on here I believe. Can't take the credit for it! My max temp is 1260* running down the trail at 5800rpm sustained which is what my plugs and wash like with probe placement. I would say you could get away with like "16" at idle and down low pretty safe.
