Does anyone know how far the numbers are off for the 09 m1000 with a Slp pipe y pipe and can and BDX intake compared to the Pipe setup with the slp intake?

good question....I'd like to know too. I put the sno pro intake on and went back to the BD to ge safe, but I'd love to get the PC back on. It was cleaner than the BD.

I just added one bar one the low, mid and high, on the box. Seems to run really strong and alot better sounding than with none added, must flow a bit more air. I might try taking the extra fuel off the low, as your almost never in that range (0-3000 or so) as it missed a little if idling for a bit before you punch it.

After making hard pulls and reading plugs, I ended up adding 3 bars on the high setting. Plugs look perfect and sled runs very clean.
Full SLP pipe, V Force reeds, and a BDX airbox.

No egt's. Just plug reading.
Also makes a difference if you are running fuel with ethanol. SLP suggests more topend fuel with ethanol.

Thats what i was planning on doing, reading the plugs. Just wanted to know what you guys have done. What does the ethanol do?

They add 10% ethanol (oxygenated fuel derived from corn) to reduce emmisions in cars. I believe on the West side all of our fuel has ethanol.
Not sure on your side of the hill.

I'm running the slp pipe set with bdx intake and my plugs look ok but the wet line is only an inch into the y pipe. I hear it's supposed to be wet into the actual pipe. Egt's never trip my koso off which is set 1250 and I've had 3 rides on this setup. Any thoughts?

Stock springs, 46/38 BDX progressive, BDX adjustable spring rate cover plate (backed all the way out). 80g weights turning around 7,600 rpm @ 4,000 to 6,000 feet.
Backshift is killer with a quick upshift. May have to increase spring pressure above 6,000 to maintain.
Sled is geared down to a 55/65 and is pulling around 60 mph track speed (162")in the wet heavy s*** that we have had early this season. Belt heat is ok but I may add another motor mount and see if that helps.:beer;
