rode on sunday afternoon and we were the last ones in there, was there til dark didnt see anything, good luck!
Will let him know no luck yet.

We left GC about 2:30 - 3:00, I didnt see anything in the lot or on the trail.

We found them....
Coming down the trail on the final turn before the long stretch to the snow parking road.
I would say around 3:45pm.
The windshield looked pretty hammered as it might have been run over.
I stopped & set it on the side of the trail. It looked broken...
The shovel we picked up & asked everyone parked along the road loading if it belonged to them.
Nobody claimed it so my buddy took it home. I didn't get a good look at it other than the color. My buddy said he'd never use it as he has a special shovel for his pack.
Let me know what it looks like (I.D.) & we will be up there either Gold Creek or Stampede Sunday.
Breakfast at the Summit Inn (Gordy's Closed) around 8 am.
We'll bring it back up...
