I'm embedding a picture with a green arrow pointing to a metal fitting that I just don't recognize. I just want to see if this is OEM or from modding. My manual is in Michigan and I just know someone here can help me. Thanks, y'all!

Brother says it's a coolant temp sensor. But we also think the sled was used for grass drags; we'll have to see it in person though.
Coolant temp sensor, stock part.
not sure why but I touched mine once while the sled was running....must have some current cause it made my arm all jello like.
