Paragon Clutch? Worth the Money?

I just came back from the Edmonton Sled show over the weekend and I am pumped to get out there and climb some mountains. I noticed that mostly all of the turbo modded sleds from Mountain Magic had the new style paragon clutch with the billet end plate on the primary. They said the clutch works great, reduced clutch heat, great belt life, faster throttle response and less clutch wear from using less weight in the primary. The only concern is the cost. Approx. $1200.00 can. for the secondary and about $100.00 for the end plate. Is any else using this clutch? Is it worth the coin?

I did a little research on the paragon clutch. It sounds like they had a few problems with the bushing, but the clutch works well when its dialed in. Does anybody run the new style paragon?

I had a Paragon secondary on my supercharged Apex and it was awesome.
Last spring I bought an 09 M8 and absolutely love the sled. I bought a Paragon secondary for the M8 but havn't got to use it yet. I hope it works as well as it did on the apex. I talked to the guys from Mountain Magic last winter and they claimed to gain approximately 12% H.P. to the track. I hope they are right cuz that's quite a bit. I would like to hear from someone that is running the Paragon on an M8 also.
