Yesterday Bryce from Turbo Performance and I had the pleasure of getting our hands on one of Brad Wursten's 1100cc EFI billet PRO engines from Power Addiction Racing. Brad has had great success with this engine program on the carb platform, but hasn't been able to full release the EFI model with full confidence. After struggling last season with the vipec and little support, Brad put a lot of effort over the summer and began working with us. After getting a plan together with his custom pipe program he was ready to get his sled tuned on the vipec and on the snow with our assistance. We are happy to report in Brad's words "This sled has never ran better" and he's very excited. We were able to tune this ting within 3-4 pulls up the hill and the difference was night and day. I gotta say it's the fastest and most powerful N/A sled I've been on.

Brad is now confident in the abilities of the vipec, and is ready to offer it across all of his Polaris engine platforms. With the fail safe's and closed loop features we can build into the ECU the Vipec can offer Brad and his customers protect their investment. We will be finalizing the tune on the 910 big bore option next week and I can't wait to post the results. We will be able to offer remote tuning support for ANY of Brad's customers with the Vipec package so they will know they can buy with confidence and support :)

Brad's operations in Cache Valley are 2nd to none. He runs a state of the art facility and has 70-80 high end machining tools/machines :face-icon-small-con.

This sled is a ripper. Fastest NA sled i have ever been on. Period. The customer will be very very very happy.

We have been getting alot of questions about big bore application and we have the vipec running on them.

Brad has put the time into this motor with tons of r&d and money out of his pocket. this aspect shows
As we were riding in the truck to the hill. we discussed all the things that this motor had to make it work correctly. every detail, every spec, and almost every tool used to make it. i was BLOWN away at the amount of machines, quality, and dedication that goes into brads products.

this set up will change the world of big bores

do not heaitate to call par. I believe you will be blow away also.

it took us three pulls and she was on fire. on the forth pull we tested on and off the trottle. took away a little timing and bam!! it dont matter where you are on the hill on off throttle the power and response is dead on.

i know for a fact when we ride the 910 next week we will be making history.

Yep if I'm onsite, we can normally get it in a few pulls :)

Next we'll post the 910 with vids, and then the Turbo Performance Turbo Kit results with vids :)
 
Great.....now I'm going to be second guessing my decision to just do the carb version till Brad got his EFI system up and running and worked the bugs out this year. Looks like this has already happened. Hopefully i can get my carb version running somewhat like that. :face-icon-small-ton:face-icon-small-ton:face-icon-small-ton

Give Brad a call, I'm sure he can send you the wiring harness and sensors (if you don't already have them off your pro) and we can ship you out an ECU with our custom tune on it and be ready to rip!
 
Looks like quite the runner :D

We have an ice race customer who we built a Power Addiction Long rod motor for using high compression and twin pipes, race ignition..very impressive so far.

Everything Brad builds is immaculate in planning and execution.

Looks like great work guys.
