So ... gonna paint the area where the sled sleeps.

What should I paint it with? Brand and type?

Just any kind of concrete paint?

I just had my garage floor done in Epoxy. The guys that did it were not cheap but worth every penny. The key was the prep work they used a pressure washer (3200psi) and some nasty chemicals to get the concrete etched/cleaned and then layed the epoxy down with a clear coat.

So whatever you do make sure the floor is super clean otherwise the coating will not stick.

Good luck

Yes, the epoxy concrete paint is very good. Menards and home depot both carry it. It comes in a kit that also has some colored grit to add. The grit is for traction, just a coating of paint gets pretty slippery. I'm sure a number of other stores carry the same thing. Comes in a box.

I just add washed sand when I paint the deck of the patio, trailer and sled decks. Seems to work.

So ... an epoxy for floors work?
