Very nice trailer for sale, great for winter/summer activities.
Living area; 18' with nice large bed above the 5th wheel area, fold out bed in the couch as well, very well insulated including vapor barrier. large fridge/freezer, propane forced air heater, 4 gel maint. free batteries 12 volt power, sink, stove top and microwave, flat screen with Yamaha surround sound throughout, small bath with porta poti, roof air.
Garage; 16' long, 4000lb hydraulic lift, separate propane forced air furnace for rear as well, LED Lighting, hangars and hooks, rhino lined floors on both levels, in floor spare tire carrier.
Trailer holds 4 sleds very easily/ or Side by Side as well, tows very nicely. (3) 6000lbs tor-flex axles with new bearings and brakes approx. 150 miles ago., powder coated wheels, (2) 20lb. propane tanks, hyd. Leg jacks on the front, rear roller wheels on rear for clearence
Trailer will stay 70degrees pretty easily when the outside temp. is ZERO.
I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED SOMETHING, But ask questions and I will try and answer them.
Asking $26,995 for it.

Thumbnails are sideways, but the pictures themselves are fine.

Edit: Pictures show up fine if you open them in a new tab.

Forgive me for my lack of knowledge with campers. Is the garage heated? Can it be converted to a sleeping area once you arrive at camp and unload the toys?

Garage area is heated, might be able to add the flip down beds on the side walls?
I am not sure of their thickness so I am not sure if they will clear the lift going up and down.
