Getting real close to nailing down the settup on my '07 159. Went out today with the P-85 and this time the Team secondary and I must say I am impressed! Without a doubt the best feeling and performing clutch settup on ANY sled I've ever ridden. I still have one change to make and it may get slightly better.
I have always been a fan of the TRA, but with Doo screwing up the bushing and roller material so bad I decided to play with the Polaris stuff....I don't think I could ever go back to a TRA. Clutch/belt heat is almost gone, just warm even after 6 passes at a good size steep hill in a foot of heavy spring fresh, 48-51 mph on a climb with a 159,2.3,16....not too bad! In/out of the throttle and the RPM came back consistantly every time, cruising RPM is also way down, 5800 RPM cruising at 40-45mph. And it gives up nothing off the line vs the TRA....just a great all around combination!

p 85

I have been wanting to try this primary out on my XP. I already have the team on it and was wondering where you got the P-85 with the Doo taper?

I will keep this updated. Yes it does vibrate a little more but only noticable at an idle. I backed off the torque stop a bit (it was too tight) and that got rid of alot of noticable vibration. But it's not the clutch that vibrates, it's the engine and with a lighter clutch you feel more of it. Clutch is 6lbs lighter.
