P-85 on 04 Summit Rev

Alright so my TRA 3 finally had enough last year and decided to blow out my side panel. So my buddy had a P-85 laying around and I decided that its worth a shot. I was just wondering if anyone had any starting numbers to get me in the right direction for weights and springs.

Sled info

- 04 summit rev 800
- engine is ported
- team secondary
48-44er and 48-42er helix
Black/white spring (160-260)
- 19-47 gearing

If anyone has an idea where to start that would be great!!

Thanks

whats a p85? like what year? i had some polaris clutch come with my 04 rev, the date on it says its from 95. im assuming it was on my rev at one time, but it needs rebuilt bad so i never bothered putting it on to try it. i could see what all is in it for starting numbers for you.

The p 85 is the primary clutch Polaris has been using for a long time. If yours was made in 95 chances are it is a p 85. If you could find out what weights and spring are in the clutch that would be great.

I assume the P-85 has the taper cut to fit the Rotax engine??

I ran Polaris Almond (round) spring, 10-64 weights (3-6000ft)
Team with red/black spring and 58/40.46
Basically the same thing you would run in a Polaris 800
Adjust arm weight for higher altitude...62's, 60's etc...
