OVS PRO TURBO KIT

[Pure Logic Tuning]

OVS has finished the Pro Rmk testing the sled runs flawless and has been put through relentless testing to make sure any issues were worked out. This Pro is running 14lbs of boost and makes great speed with not as much as a hick up. The Pro kit includes the garret ball bearing turbo, air to water intercooler that has independent cooling system with pump and cooler to install in the tunnel, Tial hybrid compressor housing with 4" high flow intake, Tial v-band stainless steel turbine housing, Tial 38 mm wastegate with adjustable boost adjuster built in, Simmons high flow air plenum, OVS plenum fastening system, Billet throttle body boots with spare injectors, colds air intake, fuel pump, oil pump, oil container, OVS e-link system for tuner pipe attachment, 02 sensor, boost gauge, fuel pressure gauge and all components needed to complete the install.

This kit has it all Tial for faster spooling and more power per pound of boost.
The air to water independent system keeps the air charge cooler for more power and consistant tuning.

There are Pics are on the website at www.ogdenvalleysports.com. The pics will be available this week with the plastic removed so people can get a better look at the air box and water to air intercooler. The water to air is a stand alone system, with the cooler in the rear of the tunnel. That is were testing got the coldest charge temps. The intercooler hooked into the factory cooling system did not keep any type of consistent charge temps, putting a small stand alone cooler in the front of the tunnel did not lower the charge temps low enough like having the cooler in the rear were the majority of the snow was thrown on the cooler. This kit can be ran as pump gas or race gas. The intercooler and the billet throttle body boots with spare injectors will be the options a customer can choose from on pump gas.

I have heard a lot about the turbo doc turbo. I know for a fact that the turbo pro runs like you would not believe. The guys at turbo doc take there time to make sure the sled runs. they are not like all the other turbo company's that just hurry and put a turbo out.

And no other pictures posted on this page or any other one that I can find either. Im curious to see what the final detials are or if production was scrapped.

I am not saying that the other company's suck. just say they hurry and put a turbo out for the pro long before it was ready to go. and remember this is one man opinion. turbo doc just got it run good at the end of last year. and when i say good i mean good the thing was fun in the trees and pulled hard on the hills. all i am saying is i have riding a lot of turbo pros and i will be putting there turbo on my sled. sorry to make u mad

Ya the Pro kit is real and it really has a average charge temp of 61 degrees. This kit is awesome and runs top notch. This kit can be bought from Turbo Doc but it is made by OVS. If you have questions that you need answered call us anytime. Sorry updating the website is behind and videos are not what makes the Pro perform. We spend are time riding and developing new products and making them work better than other kits so the customer can enjoy riding not wrenching.
