OVS M8 Aero Kit

What can guys tell me about the m8 aero kit with the 53 series turbo. I know it is not the all out hp monster that the tial or garrett setup it.

1. Max boost on pump gas
2. Boost needed to achieve 200 hp.
3. Fuel Pressure at idle?

I have an Aerocharger 53 non intercooled on my F7 with 800cc Big Bore that i made myself, and Aerocharger says the maximum boost you can push the 53 SERIES TURBO to on an 800cc is 7psi SAFELY, anymore and you may damage the turbo itself since it cannot push that much air.

I do not know what you will need to make 200hp, at lower elevations you could probably get 200hp i'm assuming, but not up there.

I am going to run my sled starting at 38psi fuel pressure and go from there.

I ran that same kit for a couple years, mine was setup at 10psi on vp111 6000ft. It worked really well, i never ran it on pump gas because it has a hotter charge temp so it wasent a pump gas kit. I now have the tial kit and to be honest there wasent that much difference You change how quick the aero spools with the screw on the bottom for top end power or bottom end. It ran beside garrett race gas rmk sleds,I had my fuel pressure at 35psi, and lots of weight in the clutch. cheers
