OVS M1000 loading up when first started

I just got my OVS kit installed and its loading up with fuel really bad when first starting it up from cold.Not sure it this is normal.I have not even rode the kit yet just moving it from my trailer to my gargage.Fuel pressure it at 38 psi and running VP 111.Any help would be nice my be it does this untill i get it warm not sure.Forgot it also showed CCU on the gauge and not sure what that means but it went away

If your kit came with the hot start switch, that might be affecting your start up as it really puts in a pile of extra fuel. If that isn t the prob then you might check the green circuit setting on your box. I can definitely change the way my sled idles/sounds moving that setting down. If it was loaded up for too long, ya could have fouled too.

That's exactly what it sounds like to me too
 
It's normal. Until the engine and pipe temp come up to normal operating range they run really rich. When trying to move the sled when it is cold open the throttle all the way until the sled loads up. Let the throttle close and then open it up all the way again. This usually gets the engine cleaned up enough to move it without smoking your belt.
 
I talked to OVS today and they said it would run rich for a bit. Just have to dial it on boost now. It's showing about 11.5 on my gauge so I brought done the number 4 setting. Hope it works. Sure spools pretty quick. Ovs seems really helpfull. I'm glad I went with there kit
