over heating

my 07 summit X stoped on me the other day while heading out on mountain. once i jumped off i saw it was leaking anifreeze and the engine over heat light was on and it wouldnt idle correctly once i get it started and it would idle correctly . any ideas why this happened?

wheres it leaking from? pull your airbox off and you can see the coolant hoses on the back of the block decently.
