I want to give a shout out to Alpine Motorsports / Vohk in Kremmling, Colorado.
Erik Woog, Steve Stieve, Vincente, and rest of crew were absolutely awesome! When one of the members of our group needed a new bearing for his 2010 Dragon 163, we headed out from Rabbit Ears to Alpine to source the part. Upon arrival we were met with a very knowledgeable parts specialist who quickly sourced the bearing. On the way in one in our group noticed an incredible price on a 2013 Pro RMK sitting out front and he decided to inquire about that sled. Needless to say, Eric and rest of the sales team made an offer that my friend could not say no to and a deal was made. The negotiation was fair and honest without the typical dealership B/S! When we asked if Alpine might have a trailer we could use to haul the sled back to Rabbit Ears, Alpine once again came through and one of the guys let us borrow a trailer with just a simple handshake. While the paperwork for the deal was being completed I spoke to Eric about my 2016 Axys and couple of small issue I was having with it. Eric was EXTREMELY helpful and super knowledgeable about the Axys and worked me into the shop schedule to get a ECU reflash, digitial wrench check up, and clutching adjustment. When I showed up a couple days later with my Axys at the conclusion of our week long riding trip we all were once again met by a very professional staff that made us all feel like their #1 customers. When we brought my Axys into the shop, Vicente took the time to explain to me what the digital wrench readouts meant and what exactly the reflash was suppose to fix. Once again we all were totally amazed by the customer service provided by the great crew of guys at Alpine Motorsports / Vohk. This past week was the first time I stepped foot in this Polaris Dealership but I can promise it will not be my last. I live east of Colorado Springs, CO I have no issue hauling my sled 4 hours through the mountains to have these guys take care of my needs. I rate them better than 5 Stars and if you are reading this I challenge you to stop in and see for yourself.
