And, who the heck is stupid enough to trust anyone in the media? I read everything, and listen to everything. Hopefully, I can filter all the BS.

Nice stereotype, I don't watch either of their shows. I'm a registered Republican as well.
I don't trust either side any further than I can throw them. Anybody that does is blind, ignorant, uninformed(use whatever adjective you prefer).

The media shouldn't be in bed with any politician...the owners of the station have a lot of pull or should I say push because of the funding and who they get it from. Regardless though, the media should be the questioning type not trying to be buddies and a$$ kissers.

lol, yeah right! 49 min of 5-8 second clips edited together to say what they want it to say! They mixed up a couple leftist journalists and a couple of left wing nuts like Bob McChesney and James Walcot and Peter Heart and david brock together and some normal guys mixed in too. Then they edit out what they want, move things around to make something controversial and snub fox news. Im not saying that fox news is perfect but come on, this is pretty easy to see through. Fox does some of the same stuff, they are media too!

Comparatively speaking, Fox is 1000 times more fair and balanced than anything else on TV.

Not sure what you are trying to prove Shortstop. Everybody knows fox is conservative. They provide the news that shows the flaws and mis-steps of the libs. Something no other channel will do since most of them are liberal leaning.

If you click my link in my other post it is the video of the actual documentary. You guys are blind if you think this is actually false and that all of this has been made up. There is plenty of evidence to show that Fox employees lie and are made to lie by the executives, watch the documentary(the other link I posted).
FAIR(Fairness and Accuracy In Reporting) does reports on all of the news companies, Fox continually rates lower than most of them for being fair. Their slogan of "Fair and Balanced" is nothing more than a sham.
I used to watch Fox News all the time, I'm not up on some pedestal acting like I'm better than you guys, I'm trying to get you to realize the same thing I've realized.
I'm trying to prove nothing more than I have pointed out, that people should watch the documentary with an open mind. It shows hard evidence of largely un-fair reporting by Fox News.
Read up on FAIR(Fairness and Accuracy In Reporting) and you'll see who's actually left, moderate, right, it might surprise you.

I think its fair to point out that the "higher ups" are Rupert Murdoch. He's also a liberal. Most people in this country don't know that he has media interests all over the World which overwhelmingly tend to be liberal. He's found a niche in the US and is exploiting it for all its worth. God love what's left of the free market.
