Both of my sleds have anti-stab kits. $80 is cheap insurance IMO.

Yikes! Sorry to see that happened. I bet something like that could put you over the bars in the blink of an eye.

Can the track be saved? I know how you can save it. I repaired mine three years ago from a similar incident and it's still going strong.

You may want to invest in an anti stab kit but, I guess that's sort of like buying a buglar alarm after you have been burglarized?

Yeah I'm thinking it can be saved. The rail is still through the track out in the garage. I went out there to work on it the other day but it just made me sick so I came back inside. That BDX anti stab kid bolts on to the bottom side of the shock or does that kit go in front of it?

The BDX kit goes right in the ski tips. It is impossible to stab the track with one.
