Osp wins old forge/woodgate shoot out and set track ET and MPH record
This is a full body Yamaha Nytro with our lake race turbo kit. this sled has all stock heat exchangers, speedometer, handwarmers, there is nothing striped off this sled, if you want to spend the money on race fuel you could trail ride it. this sled has the lake racer in mind,the guy that rides 5 miles to the lake to race all day.
Thanks to Kirsh for letting us test at his senca falls super track on the way out to the shootout.. we really needed that since this sled has never been on snow and clutching was way off.. Thanks again..
we only got 3 passes at the shoot out and the first 2 passes the sled went hard right (found that problem when we got home) so we were lucking to get this down the track with the kinda power this sled has. I am told we are the first sled down that track to break into the 5's..I can tell you with a few more passes, we could have been in the 4's this nytro is the most reliable motor we have put this thing though the grinder and I still have not broke it. These new KOT sleds are going to be a blast... I think this sled with a speed track is going to be quicker than our first outlaw sled 4 years ago in a full body stock chassis thats just crazy..
we went to DYNOTECH to see how much power we were at and how much more I could get out of her.. but the driveshaft on dynotechs broke I guess this is a problem once in 5 years haha guess it was my year..so we can only guess on HP I have a good Idea from fuel flow but I will wait for Jim to fix his Dyno and we will go back, we will also be Dynoing our new OUTLAW engine, this is brand new for ICE season in our outlaw sled keep watching Dynotechs web site for a return date...
this sled has the newest STM wide pin clutch WOW! you got to have one.
