Open trailer cap, where can I get one?

I have seen a few open trailers around that have a fiberglass or aluminum cap on them. I see names like "top cap". Does anyone know who in Washington sells this kind of cap? I'm not looking for a certain brand, just a dealer that I can talk to.
This kind of cap I think would be a great way to protect my sleds and get the max gas mileage possible while towing.
Thanks,

Wayne

Not sure of anyone selling just a cap. Jet Chevrolet has trailers with caps. Clem (Enumclaw) had one at his place a while back.

For pulling and keeping my sleds clean, I love my FLOE covered trailer. It has a couple of quirks like low ceiling height, but it pulls like it is not there. It is all Aluminium.

Caps For The Trailers

You can buy just the cap but they are very expensive, Nobody anywhere in the west stocks them, Cover all is made by triton, and and top cap are made way up in Canada, just the lid and cap cost around 3 to 3500. the freight is horendous. the trailers sell for about 5000 complete but I dont think any are left for this year.

I was in a similar circumstance and decided to buy a lightweight cover for my Sledbed Trailer. Had Toesters make up a kit for me in '99. Spent some time installing it, but have been very happy with the quality, durability and ease of use. I have an 8' X 12' bed so there is an 18" center section which works great. The gas cylinders gave out after about 5 years, but that is to be expected. Replaced the 4 of them for $50 on Ebay.

Thanks for the tip on the toesters cover. I think that would be the ticket. And at $900 the price is right too.

A buddy has the toesters top and it works pretty good. I helped him put it together. I can tell you it takes awhile and is kind of a PIA to assemble! Lot's of pieces!
It is light weight and has held up pretty good for about 3-4 years now. He even toed it with a Honda Element for a while!

I have a Top cap, and really like it. I perfer it over my buddy's toester top. Much more secure, and it is easier to see around with the rear view mirrors. Because of the way the Top cap sides taper in slightly.
