There is a Chinese restaurant in a town not far from here that is directly next to an "Animal Medical Shelter" Not kidding..... We always got a good laugh anytime we drove by, lol

meat is meat..recent road kill is likely far better then the grade of meat coming out of the slaughter houses..??..heck we eat roadkill porcupine and gophers that aint squised so bad.And if we have time sometimes we even cook them.
