One fuel filter or 2

New to this sled got the engine out. And noticed the there was only 1 fuel filter which seem to only be feeding the pto side. Am I missing something or should there be one for each side thanks

Mag side is currently blown up

should be one inline fuel filter on the PTO of the machine between the motor and fuel tank just above the ECU and then there is a prescreen in the tank itself to keep the big chunks out of you have any.
