New post in the queer personals section, find a saucy pic on teh internets, make up something about whipped cream and sausages, "I can host", "d&d free", etc... put his email in the body of the ad, use the disposable address to submit and post the reply.

When I bought my first house I offered 35% less the asking price. I actually was feeling bad when my father gave me the advice to do it. I thought wow woudn't they feel insulted? They took the offer...I would have been out over 100k if I had not come in low and tested the waters.


Sounds like the guy got his panties in a bunch but coming in with a ridiculously low offer can sometims pay off.
