i rode my sled today for a test ride, it is a rx1 with bender stage 2 turbo running around 10lbs, at full throttle my a/f was 11.2, im wondering what you guys run for clutching and jets and also the charge tube jet, my clutching seems to be a bit off too as it would see to try and upshift too early and wouldnt let me stay up in the powerband, the sled was originally set up for 4-6k and i ride from 5-9k any input would be appreciated

also i tipped it on its side and it flooded like crazy before i could get to the killswitch, is there anything to help this

Put your fuel pump on the headlight circuit so that it doesn't turn on until the sled is running. 11.8 is a good spot to be on wot jetting so you could lean it out a little, probably one jet size leaner would be plenty. I'd ride it more before you change that though. A stiffer spring in the primary would help with higher engagement.
Keep riding and tuning and it will be a great sled. I still run my old T-rx1 and I have two other buddies that do too. They can still rule the hills. I love having a 10 year old sled that can spank most new sleds of any flavor.

Ok what color springs and weights are you running I believe.I have a blue in my primary.and a black in the secondary

im similar setup. most run blue/white/blue primary spring mine is blue green blue. and the white in the secondary. the colors are just stripes, all of the springs are base colored black.

drop one jet size and you should be looking awesome for fueling.

and like sled fvr said, fuel pump off headlights. as for the flooding, GET a teather.
and try to not roll them, these things are really a PITA i found when they lay on there side. cuz even if you open the throttle and crank the silly vaccum slides wont open, thus not much air gets in to clear it out.

well i checked my spring and primary is blue white blue and a white in the secondary, it also has a what looks to be a shockwave kit in the secondary

i think i know whats wrong helix was set at 58* and the jet in my charge tube was tiny making it super rich, i also adjusted my idle air to 2 turns out

You will want around 45 to 51 deg helix typically. I run 47, it works for me. Carbs kinda are pain, but it will start. You have to take the intercooler off, hold the 4 slides open then crank it over. It will go, I know cause have down it alot, lol. Like was already suggested, hook the fuel pump to some circuit that has no power when the sled dies. My fuel pump gets it power from a relay, B+, but headlight cirucit is the trigger. As far as jetting a bender, dont have any info on that. Might want to look into a cat secondary green or purple spring. I found yami sec springs dont have enough side pressure.

yeah it has the shockwave adjustable helix in it, i set it at 47 degrees and will adjust as i go, i have a 100 hex jet in my charge tube and it ran super rich so i picked up a 200 and a 300 to swap out on the next ride

i left my 130 mains in and figured i would just try and lean it out with the pilot jet, that and being able to get my rpms up should help it too

Most of the people I know ran 127.5. This was on alpine, cpr, powderlites, mcx. Never seen a bender in person. I know for sure that some people will tell you thats too lean. But thats what I have used since 05. Anything else was too rich. Assuming that can lean it out with that jet? The prototype RX1 that is still running, its has same jetting since 2003, its been boosted all its life. Its got over 15,000kms+, ask Climbmax.
