Oiling the E-tec with turbo??

How does everyone do it when it comes to oiling the engine when turboed?
Do guys mix oil in gas? Will the oem injectors live with added oil in fuel?
When the engine takes alot more fuel due to turbo, it would also need extra oil. If not, the oil/fuel ratio actually goes down when it takes more fuel. The E-tec ecu can not register the added fuel since it is not injected true the OEM injectors, and then it cant mix more oil true the oem oil pump.

My silber turbo uses the sleds oil injection from the RAVE valves. 300 miles and not a single issue.

My concern is not how to oil the turbo, it is how do guys make sure the engine get the extra oil it need when turboed?

Fredw have 1 solution.
Anyone else?

you can up the oil pump settings, I throw a tiny bit in the tank around 100:1 premix so the secondaries are pushing some oil through the bottom end. otherwise it does a pretty good job as is, i know when i tore mine down to deal with some other issues the motor was soaked in oil inside, everything was coated in a good film.

the etec is a different animal. oil is really not to much of a concern turboed. skidoo has done a very good job of oiling this motor. we have not had any problems or issues by throwing on a turbo in stock setup. but if wanted you can mix a bit in the tank or turn up your oil pump as stated above.

the etec motor has been out for 5 years now and you would hear people complain if oiling was a problem.

I don't agree with taking oil from somewhere else to oil a turbo. there is always a down side to a change in the system. oil is not something you sacrifice imo. :juggle:
