oil tank question......is there a fix?

I saw in the classifieds somebody has a stainless steel sleeve between the oil tank and the.oil.cap. this was on a2012 600rmk. My question, since my 700 switchback has a warped oil tank spout, does anybody know where to look to find one for my 2004 and 2005 sleds?
I know the warped tanks are .common, I just never heard of the sleeves until.today. i called the dealer, he thought I was making this up..

Just sent dan a PM yesterday, and recieved my insert in the mail today. About 2 mintues with a hair dyer on high heat. and sliped right in.

Thanks guys. I received both of mine yesterday, one went in easy with a little heat, the second one, is giving me fits...........

I hope to heat it a little longer, but it appears I might have.to trim the bottle
