Oil rich/exhaust spooge/sensor fail??

Just wondering what your all thoughts on this issue are?
Had an ECO 17 code go off on my 09 M1000. The exhaust temp sensor doesn't appear to be damaged on the outside or any wire broken or burnt off . Noticed exhaust spooge dripping onto the clutch cover and spooge coming from under the exhaust insulator.
Wondering if the stock pipe may have a crack under there somewhere,
Ran a full tank of fuel and full oil reservoir looks to be a litre or so down. I would like to start running amsoil and was thinking of topping it up with the amsoil, so would be mixed with AC apv oil. Don't have any apv on hand now and would like to fill er up to do a ratio calculation.Your thoughts on mixing oils??
Have a mbrp can on er

When I switched from AC APV oil to Ams Oil Interceptor I was told to try and run the oil reservior down as low as possible before filling up with the Ams oil... Personally I don't really know what the difference is... not like you are trying to mix oil and water... oil and oil... i think to run it as low as possible is a good idea that way you will get switched over to 100% ams oil or whatever you are switching to faster. No need to drain oil reservoir IMO.

Ditto with the mix'em. You won't have a problem blending two high end synthetics so long as one isn't a synthetic blend.
