Oil pump failure on Silber

My turbo started making funny noises. So i stopped and pulled the line to turbo and fired it up and no oil.... I had a light on my dash to show power to oil pump but no pressure switch. Oil less turbo is sounding good to me right now.
Sled is going back to stock till i can scrape up money to fix it. Dissapointed to say the least.

I also had this happen and Justin sent me a new pump and center section. Had it up and running in no time. He stood behind the whole thing and I thought that was really good of him. Thanks Justin

I had the same problem happen to my 2013 kit. Met up with Justin in Island Park last wk, he took care of it right there. I will say he was more than fare and upright, problem fixed. A very sharp man to talk to he also has a good young crew that have the term high tec all covered. Thanks guys I'm up and running.

i doubled up on pumps so if one fails im not coming home on a rope. and plus now i see good oil pressure without revving way up. fwiw mine is also an older iq kit

FYI, If the oil pump fails and takes out the turbo you can open the wastegate and ride it out.

Corey assures me everything will be taken care of. I can't believe it, no other turbo company would ever step up like these guys are. Just a little down time waiting for the new parts to get here but that's ok.

He said the same thing to me when my pump failed and he followed through with it to. Great customer support. Definately will be getting another kit through them next year.
