Oil Pump Adjustment

I know this isn't the IQR forum but the oil pump I believe is from the IQ 800. I installed a oil injection kit onto my 2010 IQR. On the oil pump housing there is a line and on the lever there is a dot and a pointer. Do I align the linr to the pointer or the dot at idle?
Any help would be great/

Bison,

I posted a picture of the oil pump in the INCREASING YOUR IQ sticky, IT's under TECH TIPS FOR 600/700/800 CFI's Free Mods & Best Bang for the Buck
The short horizontal mark on the arm lines up with the short horizontal mark on the protruded part of the case highlighted in RED.

Use this as a STARTING POINT ONLY, check your ratio after that.

With the marks lined up, my 2007 D7 was at 37:1 fuel/oil ratio:cool:

1 1/4 to 1 1/2 turns on the 10mm adjusters on the cable, now it's 57:1 which I'm comfortable with.:face-icon-small-hap

Hope this helps

I hate to cloud any water here, but if your injection kit is from an 08 800 there were 2 different settings. Sno-Check models were different than non Snow-Check. I'll let the Guru's chime in here, or ask a trusted tech. Good luck. EW.
