Oil pressure light?

Anyone have any ideas or solutions for an oil pressure light on the turbo lub system.I always check my oil pump is working,but I know that about the time it quits working,its going to be to late.Anyone else ever think about this potental down fall.I think a light would be awesome,no light,then no oil pressure,I know the oil pressure is only 2 or 3 psi?

Not knowing if you lose oil and/or pressure to the turbo also concerns myself.......
