oil line question

i just recently put my assault back together from a new tunnel up. got a small air bubble just behind the oil bottle how/any tricks to remove it? i have already tried to hold the oil pump wide open and start the sled and try to get it to suck through ran the sled for a good 10 mins couldnt get the bubble to move any, can kinda see the oil trickle by. or should i just not worry about it and just run a tank of premix next season? i planed on running the 1st tank premixed anyways. and the oil pump doesnt look to friendly to get to to bleed out. thanks ahead of time guys!

Since it's that close to the oil tank, I would skip trying to suck it all the way through.

You can disconnect the oil tank and hold it up to where the supply line is at the lowest point. Then just massage and pinch the line until it works it's way into the tank and out.

I thought I'd heard somewhere in here that the oil tank caps have inadequate or ill functioning breathers, and the system may pull a vacuum.

Check this thread out.

Pull the tank and then pull the oil line off (over a towel to protect clutches) and let oil drip into the line from the tank nozzle. Replace oil line. DONE. Takes seconds and only way to get the bubble out 100%.

You can lay the sled over on the right side and pinch the line to push the bubble up into the tank. Worked for me.

You might want to look again. Been there, done that and a small amount of air remains (that you don't see) inside the small nozzle fitting. The only way to get it out for certain is the line removal and fill method.

I know what you are saying. You do have to keep working the line until it doesn't come back through. Takes a few times but does work. And warming the oil with a hot air gun helps.

got it worked out, i took the oil bottle back off, and drained it again, only put a little bit of oil in so i was only working with a small amount of oil when working the bubble out. made sure it wasnt in the nipple on th ebottom of the bottle.
