Oil Light on

Last two times I have been stuck the oil light comes on. Both times I was pointed up, had the track full of snow and slush so It would not turn. I turn the sled off and it resets. Plenty of oil in the sled, full. This is the only fault I notice. Is this a common fault or is something else going on here?

my 2 sleds do the same thing...oil half full, tip sled light comes on, sled must be shut off to reset...
On my wifes pro 600 light comes on with about 1/3 oil in tank still...I think sender should have been placed deeper in tank but it is where it is...

This is a very common thing with the 11's so probably going to be the same on the 12's

I always try to refill my oil after a ride,it's part of my post ride ritual.

Haven't had this issue with my 11,but on my 08 I missed filling up the oil a time or two and sweated it on the way back to the truck with the light on.

The sending unit is super short, light comes on very, very early. I guess that they don't want you to forget.

Mine seems over-sensitive also. Comes on at random

Your over sensitive is Polaris ultra Safe. They do come on early.

Yep, they just are THAT sensitive. Mine comes on if the oil is anywhere near 1/2 full....just the way it is
