Oil Leftover

Have a couple of gallons of oil (never opened) from previous seasons. Is it ok to use this season? What's the shelf life of two stroke oil?

shelf life is years, although you should really ask jeff c on the forums has he is the oil guru.

its been in the ground for thousands of years so your ok with it in a jug

oh i would use it... just like engine oil that been sitting there for three years and finally put it in my truck...oil look fresh to me. no problem.

I have been running oil from a drum I bought more than 7 years ago with no problems.
Penzoil to boot.
None of those pricey OEM oils for me.
4500 miles+ on one sled and well over 1000 on my 08.
