No, you shouldn't have leaks anywhere. Is that where the oil sensor plugs in? I assume its the sensor leaking, can't really tell from the picture, but that's the only thing that plugs in at the top back.
They are just a rubber plug molded around the sensor. Unfortunately they are $42 for a new one. You could try taking it out, cleaning it good and applying a thin coating of sealant of some sort. Or maybe just not fill the oil bottle quite so full if it only leaks when the oil is full. All of that is assuming there isn't a crack or break there.

There was a service bulletin for this issue. Have your dealer run your vin # to see if your sled is covered.
Have a dealer run your Vin # to see if its covered. If not there is arepair kit that includes a new sensor and grommet. Part # is 2203832. Cost is about $ 30.00.
