Oil Leak

So looked at the sled the other day in the garage and noticed a puddle of oil right under the secondary. Took side panel off and there was oil inside by secondary. Didn't really look to hard still under warrenty heading to dealer next week!!!

Yes, I have the same problem. Dealer is warranteeing my oil tank, as the cap walks off the threads almost immediately, not giving a good seal. A known issue. Yours sounds the same... Good luck

Really wow an oil leak above the clutch not good.

Mine was a leaking air vent in the cap. Lots of different causes including not getting the oil line update done.

On my pro there was a" black plastic tubing" behind the variotor, this tubing were lying up against an sharp edge. You should use an plastic strip to "pull" it away from the sharp edge! There was an own thread for this in snowest some time ago!

I have a standard rmk so I didn't have the oil line issues, it has been sitting in the same spot for over 3 months and just noticed it the other day. Buddy had a problem with his oil cap but mine seemed fine never leaked all winter and I put over 1500 miles on and rolled it many times to get it unstuck and never any leaking then

2 new oil caps and finally a new bottle and problem solved.
