Come on over to SD.... There's a .15/gal difference in fuel in 30 miles. I left home yesterday and filled up at 4.14 and thought I was getting a heck of a deal. Got 70 miles down the road and it was 3.99 for the next 300 miles!!! and I ended up in MN.

I wonder the same thing. Gas was down 35 cents and then went up 20 cents while oil was still dropping in price.
WOW I am surprised at your prices. Here in north central ND we are at $3.69 and we are usually the highest around.

dollar 35 here a liter would be about 5.40 a gallon smile you got cheap fuel!
you got that right! Gas prices always spike right before a holiday weekend! its utterly amazing how the market can react to a demand spike befofe it actaully happens but, is so slow to react to a decline.
Bottom line would you like vaseline with that f'ing
The price should rise soon as they switch over to the "winter blend"....just as it rose when they switched to the "summer blend".....how can both blends be more expensive than the other???

I know! I love how when a barrel of oil goes up $5 the next day they raise gas $.20. But when a barrel dropps $30, a month down the road gas is only ten cents cheaper!! Don't understand that BS!
By my house there is two stations. One is charging $4.55 for diesel and the mom and pop across the street wats $4.90. I went to the mom and pop because there gas was cheaper. Talking to the owner he said the difference was because he filled his tanks right before the prices "plumeted", and already had it as cheap as he could go. When I said to him that I didnt think he would be selling it anytime soon, he was not happy as he has several thousand in the tank.
but what do you expect the mom and pop or little guy to do if he has a loan out on a tak of gas for say 30,000 and the price per beral drops to where he can only make 15000 off of that load he cant take a 15000 loss on that loan. Its kinda like being a farmer we have no control over anything.
Sorry, that was for Diesel. If your 3.69 for diesel, have dinner ready for me tomorrow.
I predict that diesel and gas will be back to nearly the same price by winter, just like last year when we had diesel a lot higher than gas until winter when they were both too high but within a few cents of each other. Don't burst my bubble, that's what I'm telling myself!!!!
Our local diesel prices just got back to around par with gasoline today.
3.85 A gal in Billings Mt. Makes no sense. Obama gets elected we should get it free. Cuz we going to change.
