Oil/gas out exhaust valve cover?

Oil/Gas comming out of the hole in the top of the exhaust valve cover? Does this mean I have a torn bellow? Valves were cleaned not long ago, can I leave them in to change the bellow? Need to replace any gaskets to change just the bellow? Thanks for any help.

just change the bellows changed mine right in the sled

Yup, just pop the cover and spring off and the nut holding the bellow to the valve, then pop a new bellow on and re-assemble and your set

Use loctite 242 (blue) on the bellows bolt.
