Coupla options:
Exhaust leaking burnt oil or primary has rubbed through the oil feed line from the tank. The black could be just belt dust.

i now its not belt dust cuz its liquid and i can wipe it off! im going out to look at that line and should i be worried bout any thing big happening? like my motors going to go maybe er i need a new crank?

I found the problem! the bottom bolt for the y pipe on the clutch side is missing! That would do it! thnx guys for your help now i have some cleaning to do! lol :beer;:D

If it's unburned oil you have to look at the line or the crank seal. If burned it either has to be the exhaust mniifold or possibly the EV bellows (but this would likely be on the hood as well)

Oops, too late. glad you found it..:)
Now all you need is an 8mm bolt.. get out a magnet and start fishing!

i got new gaskets and i went for a ride and it has a new coating of oil! is it a crank seal?

Now comes the point when........

Pics of exactly where you are seeing the oil would be immensely helpful

Looks like somebody needs to do a better job keeping their sled clean, that way, when it starts leaking it is easier to find the source.

check the inlet line to to oil pump from the oil bottle. pull the protective cover off and inspect the whole hose. my brothers had a small pin hole worn in it under the black plastic protective wrap. it was doing something similar.

also check to see where the vent from your exhaust valve solenoid is routed. it has black oil coming out of it too.
