oil discharging from exhaust valve tube?

I have a 09 d8 RMK and I just noticed alot of oil in the belly pan and it is coming from the discharge tube on the exhaust valve control unit. I checked the exhaust valve billows they look good. Could the control unit be stuck open and not closing?? I am looking for any ideas or if anyone else has experienced this.

I also am expeiring that on my 2010 assault.My plugs where black as hell and thats when my top end bye bye.weird.Let me know if you find out anything.Thanks.

Its normal, thats why I drilled a hole in the bellypan and ran the tube outside. Not only is there a little oil that bleeds out, but some exhaust gas leaks out and I didn't want any of it under my hood.
