I really hope this hasnt been covered yet, but im sure it has. I cant seem to get the search engine to work for me most of the time. Any way is there ANY way possible to do a oil injection deleat on these pro's? Thanks you in advance!

The IQ 600R race sled motor is set up that way with premix. I seized a center crank bearing. I don't feel it works good enough. The 600R uses the same bottom end as the 800.
I would be down with that if i was 100% assured of the proper lubrication. Just dont see why its possible on the cats and doo, but the poo..?I heard it could be done if you dissemble the motor and drill holes in the top half of the case, to allow fuel and oil to get to the bearings. There was a guy on BCR that was doing that.

I agree there has to be a "successful" way. Too much technology in todays world to not. Werent some of the doo guys leaving a oil line that fed to the pump? Or was that just for something in the pump, but if so your at that point not using the pump anymore??

Nope
the common theme i come across when reading this idea is that the only way the bearings get oil is directly, so the oil in your fuel is not going to lube your bearings hardly if at all.

Not really what i wanted to hear, but thats why i ask before just doing it. Not giving up yet though. Thanks for all the input guysThe best answer you will receive to this question is: NO.
Exactly.
100% correct. No amount of fuel gets to the crank case on a CFI2 motor. So, no oil mixed with fuel would ever reach the rotating assembly.
There was a guy on BCR last year that CLAIMED to have done it. When questioned about how he was getting lubrication to the bearings and water pump gears he clammed right up.
You want more oil to lubricate the rotating assembly, just turn up the oil pump. It's simple and very effective.
