Oil delete question

I've got a quick question for the oil delete experts that add a grease zerk to the bottom of the motor. Wouldn't it be easier to just leave the bango in place thats already in the bottom of the case, and extend that line to somewhere accessible, and add a zerk to the end of it ? This seams easier to me than drilling all the rivets on the belly pan...or am I missing something here??

I have been oil delete for 1000 miles.never greased,no problems.

2" rubber plug from the plenum off a M just drill a 2" hole in the belly pan over the bolt going into the motor. pull plug and bolt add grease and re install take longer to flip it on the side and back.

Dont want to debate the need for grease or not, ( lots of info on that) want to come up with a better way than drilling and re riveting the belly pan

When I did mine, that is exactly what I did... zerk on the motor... hose that was zip tied to the zerk... up out of the belly pan on the MAG side with another zerk zip tied... 2-3 pumps.. smokes like crazy... no problems for me.
