also have a lightweight pivot riser post with a 4 or 6in riser from mpi dont know if should go 4 or 6 im 5'8" tall im thinking 4

You might even find that the 4" riser is too tall But that is all personal preference at this point. I am 6'0' and found with the relocator and an RSI pivot riser and bars around 6" was slightly too tall for me. You will be in the ball park with a 4" since that will put you back to stock ht. but +2" forward. The pivot riser is a real nice feature to have. You can put the bars right where you want them.
