I don't know the measurement you are asking for. Normally you make your measurement from fixed sheave to fixed sheave because the sliding half of the secondary changes postion depending on belt deflection adjustment.

Team tool, 1.450".
SLP tool, 1.399".
For the parallelism my sled came with (aprox. 80 thou.), I had my best results with 1.399" and 60 thou. of float (about halfway in between the two).
