octane light keeps coming on

so have a 2012 arctic cat m1100 turbo with the turbo dynamics upgrade kits and when out in the mountains im pulling 28lbs of boost and at 8200 rpm and my octane light turns on every once in a while wondering what i should do? steeper helix, different shims, or if its in my preasure regulator, or blow off valve???????? i also ran straight 110 race fuel in it and still light came on

Make sure you don't have a smart valve issue that is causing a lean condition. There's some special surge tank (OSP makes it I think) that you can get that further addresses that type of problem.

Check your battery connections. I had a loose one causing the same thing.

Maybe over reving once in a while. Mine did it when I was running that flash until I got it dialed.
